Daler-Rowney Kandahar Black Indian Ink produces a brilliant, rich black colour. The ink is lightfast, so will not fade, but unlike other drawing inks is not waterproof when dry. The ink flows easily from pen, brush and airbrush.

Kandahar Black Indian Ink is ideal for illustration work and in mixed media technique, for example with watercolours, and does not discolour easily when exposed to light. The most suitable surfaces for use are paper, card and board.
