Artist Soft Carving Block :

Soft & Flexible vinyl block which is ideal for carving techniques. Its soft surfaces allow clean incisions to
be made to give a raised, curved finish. It permits precise line definitions & detailed work in various
thicknesses. Also used to produce rubber stamps. The thickness allows cutting on both sides. The
smooth surfaces can be easily cut without crumbling. Prints can be produced by applying hand pressure
or by using a roller on the block over the area to be printed. Latex-free block. Does not contain
phtalates or banned heavy metal. Use of solvent causes damage to the block!

Print Block:

PRINT BLOCK is a synthetic rubber carving plate whose composition, smoothness & softness means
that a raised carved finish can be easily produced. Even the tip of a paint brush handle can be used to
carve out a design! Make your own prints & stamps with PRINT BLOCK in a quick & safe way! Can be
used with water-soluble inks, textile & serigraphic paint as well as with ink pads. The designs are
obtained by applying pressure with the hands or by using a roller on the block over the area to be
printed.

Linoleum Sheet:

Linocut is a printmaking technique, a variant of woodcut in which a sheet of linoleum is used for the relief surface. A design is cut into the linoleum surface with a sharp knife, V-shaped chisel or gouge, with the raised (uncarved) areas representing a reversal (mirror image) of the parts to show printed. The linoleum sheet is inked with a roller (called a Rubber brayer), and then impressed onto paper or fabric. The actual printing can be done by hand or with a press.
