The Winsor & Newton Acrylic Gesso provides tooth but no colour make coloured gesso primers by adding acrylic colors to the base.

  • Contains no white pigment but still provides texture and absorbency
  • Opaque colours are recommended for the purpose of creating coloured gesso primers
  • A high level of pigmentation gives the maximum of coverage
  • Suitable for making a pastel surface on paper
  • This gesso is ideal for oil and alkyd painting
