W&N GALERIA ACRYLIC MEDIUMS BLACK GESSO PRIMER 1 LITRE

Winsor and Newton Galeria Black Gesso have a high-quality acrylic resin with a good level of pigment strength. This gesso has a matt black finish for maximum colour contrast. It can be used straight from the pot and has excellent “tooth” for film adhesion. Its covering power and quality of binder make it the best primer. To reduce absorbency and to boost the integrity of the film a minimum of three coats is recommended on canvas if working with oils. This is a good quality gesso at an affordable price.

Stir well before use. Use Straight from the pot. 
Suitable for priming surfaces for oils, alkyds and acrylics.Provides tooth for good adhesion.
Ideal for painting dark to light.
Allow 24 hours to dry.
Three coats are recommended for oil paintings.
Allow 2 hours between coats.
Clean Equipment with water after use.
